Store leftover sauce in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Can I use Greek yogurt in place of the mayo?

This will change the flavor of this sauce but it will still be delicious. It’s a great substitution if you’re looking for a lighter option.

Servings: Makes 1/3 cup 1x

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (for egg-free use vegan mayo or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey (may substitute maple syrup) 
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (or 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of fine salt and black pepper
  1. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, coconut aminos, thyme, and garlic powder in a small bowl or jar. Stir well, taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
